Join me this spring in Southern France for a women’s retreat exploring the animal spirit in art!

Sculpt, sketch, and reconnect with the animal spirit in an exquisitely peaceful French retreat.

For one week, Prana becomes your home — a serene estate with a yoga shala, gardens, a pool, a wood-fired hot tub, and meals crafted from the region’s finest seasonal ingredients. It’s a place designed for women who crave stillness, elegance, and the gentle luxury of time to breathe.

Here, surrounded by nature and centuries of devotion, we explore the animal spirit through sculpture and sketching. Private visits to local farms where we will sculpt and draw the animals and scenes unfolding before us, encounters with traditional artisans, and guided creative sessions invite you to reconnect with your intuition and the creatures that inspire it.

This is not just about creating art - it’s about discovering a deeper, wilder part of yourself in a landscape that supports reflection, transformation, and joy.

Best in Sculptural Ceramics at the 2025 Art, Craft & Design Exhibition at

The 92nd Annual Craftsmen’s Fair

August, 2025:

I’m thrilled to share that I’ve been awarded Best in Sculptural Ceramics at this year’s Art, Craft & Design Exhibition, part of the prestigious League of New Hampshire Craftsmen Fair.

This honor recognizes one artist whose ceramic sculpture work stood out for its craftsmanship, originality, and emotional resonance, and I’m deeply honored that my work was chosen.

This recognition means the world to me. Each piece I create is born from a lifelong connection to animals, shaped by decades spent farming, training, and caring for creatures great and small. To have that passion and vision acknowledged by such a respected jury is both humbling and deeply affirming.

Thank you to the League, the jury, and all of you who support and encourage my work. I can’t wait to see where this journey leads next.

Testimonial

Carol’s artwork was the perfect touch to our long-awaited wedding day. She captured the feelings, the colors, and the gorgeous venue in a way no photograph ever could. The guests loved watching her paint our ceremony! She was professional, easy to communicate with, and clearly experienced. Highly recommend!
